Ingredients
Method

- chicken 300 gms
- ginger 1knob
- garlic 15-20 cloves
- cornflour 11/2 tbsp
- eggs 1
- pineapple (diced) 1 cup
- carrots (diced) 1 cup
- Chinese cabbage (diced) 1 cup
- red,green and yellow peppers 1 cup
- light soya sauce 1 tsp
- veg oil 1 tbsp
- onions (diced) 1 cup.
Method
- Marinade the chicken in a marinade of ginger and garlic paste, some cornflour along with soy sauce and salt. Keep it aside for an hour.
- In a wok take some oil saute in carrots, the cabbage the onions and bell peppers and add some ketchup and tomato juice to it bring to a slight boil.
- Fry the chicken and add the wok along with some stock and set it to simmer
- Garnish with coriander and serve with rice.
