Ingredients:
- 4tbsp. Butter
- 2-3 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup all purpose flour (maida)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate pieces
- 2tsp. powdered sugar
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Coat the bottom of a 9 inch by 9 inch non stick baking pan with any vegetable oil.
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter and remove from heat.
- Stir in sugar, water and vanilla.
- Mix in flour, cocoa powder and baking powder until combined.
- Add chocolate pieces.
- Pour batter into pan and bake for 15-18 minutes.
- Cool in pan on wire rack.
- Cut and serve when cooled.
