Ingredients
- 4 lobsters
- 3 tbsps lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 onion
- 15 garlic cloves
- 4 tbsps butter
- 1 tsp sugar
- 20 black peppercorns
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 2 tbsps cornflour
Method
- Mix 1 inch pieces of lobster, lemon juice, 1/2 tsp salt and set aside for half an hour.
- Saute chopped onion and garlic in oil and butter for 2 minutes.
- Add lobsters, sugar and crushed peppercorns. Mix well.
- Saute for a minute, then add chicken stock and boil.
- Add salt, cornflour mixed in 1/2 cup of water.
- Cook for 1 minute or till sauce thickens.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
