Pepper Garlic Lobster

Ingredients

  • 4 lobsters
  • 3 tbsps lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 onion
  • 15 garlic cloves
  • 4 tbsps butter
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 20 black peppercorns
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 2 tbsps cornflour
Method
  • Mix 1 inch pieces of lobster, lemon juice, 1/2 tsp salt and set aside for half an hour.
  • Saute chopped onion and garlic in oil and butter for 2 minutes.
  • Add lobsters, sugar and crushed peppercorns. Mix well.
  • Saute for a minute, then add chicken stock and boil.
  • Add salt, cornflour mixed in 1/2 cup of water. 
  • Cook for 1 minute or till sauce thickens. 
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
